The Iversons’ bodies were found covered by tarps and debris in the front of the house. May’s body was found the next day in a locked outbuilding.

Chief Criminal deputy Brian King said the SWAT team executed the warrant early in the morning using a stun grenade and arrested Bauer without incident. He says evidence was found at the scene and that Bauer is “believed to be involved” in the deaths but he did not call him the shooter.

Bauer was booked for investigation of second-degree murder, but King said the charge could change.

Bauer is expected to appear in Clallam County Superior Court at 1 p.m. today where a judge will decide conditions of release.
