Bart: New Prosecutor Tougher on Crime

There’s a new attitude in the Clallam county prosecuting attorney’s office under new chief prosecutor William Payne.  Forks police administrator Rick Bart says Payne has heard from West End residents   that are upset when people are arrested but charges are not filed.  He talks with Forks 1490’s Ken Lambert.

Forks Police to Publish Cell Phones

Clallam County Sheriff Bill Benedict says he will seek a third term as Sheriff.  Benedict was first elected in 2006 and ran unopposed in 2010.
